By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.

Please read this completely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

If you are not satisfied with my terms of service and/or are unwilling to agree to the conditions, you will not be able to request a commission.

I do not allow my art to be used for AI or similar purposes. Please do not upload it to any AI website, as this may compromise my artwork.

Use as an NFT is strictly prohibited.

Prices in Brazilian Reais are only available to Brazilian residents.

By hiring me, you agree that you have read and accepted all terms described herein.

You agree to the policy of using the artwork for personal and non-profit purposes, unless otherwise explicitly stated or specified, and you will provide full credit to me.

You, the Client, are expected to first read my terms of service and understand my general commission rates.

You, the Client, may display my work on external websites, as long as it is visibly credited and linked to me.

You may not submit or host my work in any gallery intended to display only your own work.

You may not claim my work as your own.

In the case of an Adopt, you retain the rights to the character design.

You are not authorized to alter, modify, edit, or use my work without my permission.

You are not authorized to trace my art in any way, including using the work as a "base."

Any harassment in an attempt to negotiate a commission ('a spot') is not tolerated. This includes comments on my profile, as well as private messages.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

By hiring me, you are purchasing my services solely as an Artist.

I reserve the right to publish your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

I reserve the right to refund the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

What I DON'T do: Furry, Gore, Automobiles, any type of Robot, or anything else that makes me uncomfortable. Ask me if you're unsure.

I am not responsible for any errors you make during the transaction.

I will only accept PayPal or Pix as payment methods.

Payment can be made in full or 50% before and 50% after the sketch is approved.

I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any payment until I have confirmed that I can accept your order and requested payment.

If payment is not made within 48 hours of the invoice being issued, the order will be canceled.

I do not accept payments after the artwork has been delivered.

Please note that all my sales are "Digital Art" and the "Intellectual Property" of the artwork is what you, the Customer, purchase.

It is understood that nothing will be physically shipped to the Customer.

I am not obligated to ship any item unless explicitly discussed.

Once the drawing has begun, there are no refunds.

Refunds or cancellations can only be made if the sketch is not approved.

If I cancel a project, I will refund 100% of the amount paid.

If a Payment Plan is agreed upon and I begin the commission after the first deposit has been made, I will not refund your deposit if you cancel the Payment Plan.

In the event of cancellation, the pose chosen by the Client will remain available for future use by the Artist.

The Customer is not authorized to issue a refund for any reason.

The Customer is required to contact me when canceling a commission order.

Rush fees are a minimum of +25% of the commission. Rates may vary depending on the project and the expected deadline.

The dates provided are subject to change; details should be discussed if the Client has specific dates.

Rush requests must be notified in advance and given at least 15 days' notice.

For commission requests, the Client must send me the "Commission Information" available on the website.

You will then receive a response from me discussing the details (if necessary) and confirming your position.

I reserve the right to make changes to your request at my discretion, unless otherwise discussed. To ensure the complete accuracy of your order, please take note of the details and necessary elements described in the "Commission Information".

Please send me good references for the character, pose, and expressions.

If your character is extremely detailed, I reserve the right to charge a fee for including these details. This fee will be specified before the transaction, and the Client reserves the right to make changes to their order (for example, change the character and agree to simplified design changes) before the transaction is completed.

The request should be written concisely, with a minimum of abbreviations, so that the note is clear to read.

All emails, private messages, and comments you send must be sent in the following languages: English or Portuguese.

Before completing any transaction, you must wait for a response so we can discuss the details.

Once everything has been processed and confirmed, I will send an invoice. The customer must confirm payment before I can initiate the order.

If you, the Client, wish to request a commission for commercial use, the total commission price, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon in advance.

For commercial use, a fee of +80% will be charged on the order.

The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproduction and sale of the artwork, whether public or private, and cases in which you receive profit from a medium/platform where you posted my art (e.g., Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal website, trading cards, etc.).

Commercial use does NOT grant the right to sell the artwork as an NFT.

I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full-resolution image (by email or via Google Docs/Drive), but my signature will remain on both the full-resolution and smaller versions of the work.

You are responsible for protecting your ownership of a character I create by creating a copy of the image with your name added (i.e., through a watermark) when uploading it to external websites.

I retain all copyright to my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed. In the case of a Public Commission, I can do whatever I want with the artwork (for example, post it on other sites like Instagram), but I will give you due credit for ownership of the character design.

In the case of a commission, I will not claim rights to a character design unless it is one of my own designs. Therefore, I will not reuse/resell the artwork for personal or commercial projects unless otherwise agreed.

In the case of an adoptable design, I will not reuse/resell the design rights once ownership has been transferred to you, the Client.

If you wish to keep your order private, you must state this during the ordering process.

I reserve the right to charge a fee if I so desire.

The privacy request means I am not authorized to share any WIPS (Work In Progress) on social media or broadcast the order process anywhere.

This is especially important to consider if you are a Vtuber and want me to keep projects private until their release.

The NDA fee generally starts at +10% of the total budget, but it can be adjusted; I reserve the right to charge more if I deem it appropriate.

The Client reserves the right to set a deadline for their order. This deadline must be communicated before payment.

I have the right to refuse a project if the deadline is too short.

If delivery dates are discussed, it is also the Client's responsibility to ensure prompt communication. I am not responsible for delivery delays.

Any harassment regarding the speed of my work will not be tolerated, regardless of the time elapsed.

Orders are placed randomly. This means I will work on the piece I feel most inspired/comfortable with at the time.

The Client reserves the right to be notified of any delays.

I will send a WIP ('Working In Progress') image after 100% of the payment has been received.

These images will be sent as .jpg or .png files as an email attachment or DM.

It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that the order contains the details they wish me to follow.

I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory elements of the finished drawing if no feedback has been provided for changes.

I will only send a WIP, guaranteeing the sketch, but the Client is free to request a WIP at any time.

Up to two major changes may be made during the sketch phase of the order. Subsequently, only minor adjustments within reason may be made.

Changes will only be made during the sketch phase. Color corrections will be made during the color phase.

Any changes to the character or theme will be subject to a fee, and the fee will depend on the nature of the change.

I am not responsible for any property changes to the character reference.

After the order is completed, only minor changes, such as color adjustments, are permitted if the missing or inconsistent elements are my responsibility (for example, I forgot details provided in the order).

In the absence of Customer Feedback, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a fee.

I will not redesign a completed order unless payment for a second order is received.

There may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.

The commissioner must respect the fact that my artistic style cannot be altered.

I reserve the right to reject criticism related to artistic skill and stylization, and if the criticism reduces the artistic quality of the piece.

Credit to me, the Artist, is required when you, the Client, publish or use it on another platform.

The Client is responsible for preserving all information, images, and other digital data provided by me.

Any file paid for by the Client will be available to me only for a finite period. I take steps to preserve most files for a maximum of 3 months. However, I cannot guarantee that the files will not be accidentally deleted or lost.

I am not obligated to publish your project in any public space. And if I do publish it, I am not obligated to keep it there indefinitely. I have the right to delete or remove any public project, even if I paid for it, as you should have your own copy for personal use.

Feedback on the Final Product is allowed after the piece is completed, through private messages or comments.
